A personalized massage experience based upon the Aveda Elemental NatureSM philosophy and your favorite
Aveda aromas. Depending upon your needs, a variety of massage techniques will be utilized. Elemental Nature
Massage is offered in three time frames: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, & 90 minutes.
Fusion Stone Massage (60 minutes)* + ~ $85
Experience the aromatic power of traditional Native American plants fused with the sensation of smooth stone
message. Sage, cedar, and sweet grass encompass the senses and enhance skin hydration. Opposing sensations of
warm and cool stones fused with massage techniques balance, soothe, and invigorate your body.
Prenatal Massage for Expectant Mothers (45 minutes) + ~ $85
Prenatal Massage is a form of therapeutic bodywork that is geared to meet the unique needs of the expectant mother. Promoting better function of muscles and joints, prenatal massage also improves circulation and overall body tone. Additionally, prenatal massage decreases mental and physical fatigue as well. Prenatal massage is usually begun during the 2nd and/or third trimesters of pregnancy.
Deep Tissue Massage (60 minutes) + ~ $85
A highly therapeutic technique that uses firm finger pressure and slow massage strokes to focus on relieving
chronic patterns of tension that create painful conditions and structural misalignment.
+Massage is not recommended for guests whom are in their first trimester of pregnancy, high blood pressure, or diabetes
without a doctors approval. Approvals may be faxed to the spa from your doctor’s office. All times are approximate.
